Prayer Request


Father,
It's difficult for me to keep pushing through, to get the motivation to put into action what's in my heart. I have so many great things I want to do and that I know I'm capable of, but I do the bare minimum. I don't want to be like this anymore. I don't want to be unmotivated. I long to be driven, a person who takes action, who achieves goals.
So Father, I'm surrendering to You things I'm lazy about in hopes You take this slothful ness away from me and help drive me to achieving my goals.
I surrender to You: I'm lazy when I'm tired. If I've had a hard day at work, all I want to do is rest when I get home, not help out or do homework or work out. When I feel I've helped out enough and that no one else cares to lend a hand, I'll purposely stop. I use my health issues, work, and school as excuses to not take better care of myself or to not do something I don't feel like.
