Father
I hate myself. I'm angry at myself. I'm frustrated with myself. I pray to You, but where are You? I'm depressed and can't keep being such a mess. I despise that I'm not perfect. I hate that I'm not good enough! Help me!!!

Please do not be hard your self I know this because I too felt this way many times. I felt like no one cared but God said this to me when I look at you I see myself you are strong and have compassion for all keep faith on your side. I was told of a story then when you only see one set of foot prints it because Jesus is carrying you please God heal this person heart I ask this through Jesus and from my heart

Maybe you need to look at yourself through Jesus' eyes. The people that viciously beat him and mocked him the people sinking in all sorts of wicked sins and the blood thirsty ppl yelling crucify him all represent you and me. We are no better than any of them yet jesus died in absolute love and compassion and forgiveness for us all. Jesus looks on you with eyes of devoted, passionate love. So pull yourself together, wipe away your tears, thank him and baske in his love.
