Thank you God for giving me the courage to shower. I have been getting very depressed lately. Not wanting to live. Please help me get threw today. Please look down on me and give me some hours before were lose everything. Thank your dear lord. AMEN

It is hard. I am not going to speak in verses. Cherish yourself and know that you are loved. See a doctor maybe a little lexapro for awhile can help. God wants you to have joy. Do things which encourage hope. Breath deeply and know that you are never ever alone. There are just lessons to be learned.
