Where do I go from here. Nothing seems to be going right and I don't know how to fix it.

God will fix it for you. Approach Him with a pure heart, truly repenting for anything you may have done wrong, and ask Him for mercy. You don't have to make any sacrifices or "pay" for His mercy. He gives it freely. All He asks is that you show mercy and forgiveness for everyone around you, and that you give it freely to them, without asking them to make any sacrifices for your mercy and forgiveness. He will give freely to you and you give freely to others. You have no clue how much He loves you, His love cannot be measured or understood. Be silent and be still in God. He has every single hair numbered on you. Trust him, and do what He asked us to do; which is to do what is right and good, show mercy, and love anyone around you, and act fairly and justly. Finally, DO NOT JUDGE ANYONE, and in return, He will not judge you. I will pray that the Lord give you wisdom. God Bless You.
