Prayer Request


June 3, 2013
Good Morning. Heavenly Father thank you for today, yesterday and the hope of tomorrow. One of the hardest lessons to learn is having Your grace. Walking in Your Spirit. Exercising patience. Holding back feelings of hurt/ disappointment. Biting our tongues so we do not speak out in anger. Practicing forgiveness. Loving those who have wronged us. Scripture tells us we must do these things. This is Your will. This is how we are to live our lives. I ask that You fill each and every one of us with Your grace. Allow us to be filled with Your Holy Spirit so we can apply each of Your lessons to our daily lives. To live and walk as You want us to. Psalm 119:132-133 NIV
[132] Turn to me and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name. [133] Direct my footsteps according to your word; let no sin rule over me. 1 Corinthians 10:13 NIV
[13] No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. Psalm 119:125 NIV
[125] I am your servant; give me discernment that I may understand your statutes. Dear Lord I know we cannot control the motives or actions of others. We can only control ourselves. Look to You, Lord. Pray to You. Seek Your guidance. Follow Your word. Life is not fair, You are. You are love. You are peace. You are just. Show us the way. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
