Prayer Request


June 5, 2013
Good Morning. Heavenly Father today I ask for an intercession. Do not let me succumb to the evil pettiness I so desire right now. There are people, circumstances that will test our faith each and every time. I ask that you allow me to move beyond these vengeful thoughts and desires. Replace them with Your grace and calmness. Romans 12:18-19 (NIV) If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone. [19] Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord. Colossians 3:8-10 NIV
[8] But now you must also rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. [9] Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices [10] and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Psalm 119:108-109 NIV [108] Accept, Lord, the willing praise of my mouth, and teach me your laws. [109] Though I constantly take my life in my hands, I will not forget your law. Dear Lord keep Your word in my heart. Keep me from reacting. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
