Prayer Request

I work with several women on third shift dear lord and they take me as a joke or they take my kindness for a weakness and I don't like it I would take care of it but if I did it could terribly go wrong so please take care of this situation for me you can make it right I'm just tired of people thinking they can just run over me and think it's okay so please help me in Jesus name amen.
