Good morning my heavenly father 1st and foremost i want to thank you for allowing me to wake up this morning I'm trying to lose weight and I don't have the right mind set please help me to follow through with whatever I put my mind to I put my life in your hands because I trust you,l love you full hearted without a doubt. I want to be healthy, I want to live a long life with my family dear god help me to stay on track I love you amen.
