Prayer Request

Hi.
Can you please pray for my emotional and mental protection and healing. I hate myself and want to die. All I feel is shame and vulnerability. When I talk to others I feel more shame and vulnerability and self hatred. Please pray for me to recieve Gods wisdom, knowledge and insite and loud and clear direction on what I'm supposed to be doing to get thru this. Please pray for me. Please.
