right now ask that You and Only You Lord would please help the people that have a real hard time due to any kind of illines or restlessness or their mind is racing in my case as others that can realted will understand basic as You Know Lord bipolar
please slowly clam their mind down Lord so they can all sleep until Lord Willing a new day
