Prayer Request


Dear Lord 
as You Know i was feeling good and becuase of You and then i heard my girlfriends father argue or his voice raise in that way
and i notice this upset me somehow my voices or thoughts mess me up for a moment which no ones fault please Jesus bring healing or help me through it 
but Lord help me to remember what is not my and Yours or others and this is not for me  to take on
and i also found that their was no problem at all 
so Lord i forgive my self in Christ Jesus for fr one second too long trying to make this my and i lay it to You Oh Lord i choose not to listen to those voices or negative thoughts in Jesus Name 
and pray the best for my girl and her father
