What makes you think u have testicular cancer?

this is kinda awkward talkin about it in the first place. But sometimes when I stand up its like my part of my bladder falls into my testicle sack area and there is a lump on the upper part of next to the ding dong. It makes my left nut look bigger the right, yet when I lay down flat it seems to all go away and goes back to normal. this doesn't happen all the time just every once in a while

Not sure why you would be afraid of telling your parents or go to the Dr. If you do have what you think, you should get medical attention as soon as possible and you will need your parents support. Don't be afraid. Trust in the Lord, your God.

Please don't diagnose yourself. The sooner you go to the doctor, the quicker you will find out if it is cancer ot not.  Then treatment could be started.
Or if it isn't cancer, the sooner you will feel better.
Be brave and trust the Lord.
