Dear God,

I seem to not be able to stop masturbating. Its like I do it everyday and I really need to stop. I pray about it all the time but nothing seems to work. Im sick of it and I am ashamed every time I do it. Please lord, Please help my masturbation problem. I need you I can't do this on my own.
