Lord, thank You for helping me with my diet and exercise. I have been angry thid evening. Help me to calm down and have patience and love for my family. I know You know what is going on inside and can help me to figure it out. If I am believing a lie, please reveal it and insert Your perfect truth. I love You, thanks for everything. Amen.
