Prayer Request
Thank You Lord for waking me up this morning so I could pray. I really needed it. I want to surrender my eating and exercise to You. On my own, I continue to fail. My heart and blood sugar definately needs for me to change. I know You can do all things, so change me this year, Lord. Work Your miracles in me and anyone else who prays this same prayer. Thank You for always taking care of us. In Jesus name, Amen.
