I often feel like this too; nothing helps buy prayer. All the time sometimes, 24h a day, but He pulls me out through prayer.

Richard, I am lifting you up in prayer, I know how you feel. I refuse to take medication, though that is an option for some. I take deep breaths and repeat, peace be still! You are not going to die!!! But live, rebuke that liar that says otherwise. May peace surround you everyday!
