When we r weak we can become strong through Him. I don't know if theses verses help...but I hope so: 1 Corinthians 3:16 and 1 Corinthians 6:19. Where Paul describes our bodies as temples...maybe if u could feel and realize that u r hurting what belongs to God...that ur body is not ur own. We all do have this trouble thoug tooo, even to the point of eating food that is not healthy or seeing things that is not pure etc...all those cases r not honoring to God and treating our bdies as a temple.
