Dear God creator of earth . I'm just grateful for you and thankful for all of your blessings in my life. I thank you Jesus for sacrificing so much so I could live my life. I pray for Jeremy to feel better . God my father I ask you humbly to please provide for me my ssi approval . I'm being honest Lord and I'm praying that with my disabilities to be given a chance to have a life . I'm praying for the angels to surround me with love and warmth. To grant me this one miracle. In Jesus name I pray amen.
