Prayer Request


Lord we have a baby on the way and my mother in law has been depending on us every month for help with her rent for YEARS. We are struggling ourselves and can't afford to support two households. We have talked to her serval times about it but she has failed to get a job or make her grown daughter that lives with her help out. It's all my on husbands shoulders. He works double shifts EVERYDAY just to make ends meat and support everyone. He has to realize he isn't super man. I understand helping your mother but what if your mother don't want to help herself? As a wife, I don't know what to do anymore. Her and I aren't talking because I'm so upset. It's like we have another child I have to take care of. Please lord help us in this situation. Guide us and help her find help. I'm truly at my breaking point.

I can't even imagine how stressed you both are. I admire your strength And wanting to help her out.you both have big hearts. God will bless you trust in him. Also you and your husband must do what's best for your family of you both and the Lil one on the way. There are programs your mom can sign up for to help her out or a local church food bank hello with bills etc. Take care of you three first it's one thing if your mom can't care for herself vs being a mooch.its ok to set boundaries and rules take her to get signed up for things to get her moving. Remember trust in God go to him for advice always. He will lead and guide you. My heart and prayers go out to you all.

Thank you so much...I really needed that. I'm trying so hard to be strong. She has done nothing to help herself because she knows my husband will be right there to help every month smh just please pray for me and my family.
