Prayer Request
Thank you Lord for letting me get about 5 hours of sleep after taking the benedryl this morning at 4am. I don't know what has gotten into me and my body, but I'm ready to get back to normal with my sleep habits. I know I need to incorporate more exercise in my life and maybe that will help?
