Prayer Request


Lord
I'm really worried about my health.
I never smoke, I don't drink, I never do drugs and I'm not on medication.
I've had my food potion size reduced 50%, exercises 30mins to an hour daily.
My weight kept increasing.
I don't take fast food, sodas and ice cream.
I only take pastries once a week.
Last month I tried being a vegetarian for a month.
I prayed hard for weight lose.
Weight kept going up.
I am afraid my sleep apnea might relapse.
I'm afraid I might end up in a wheelchair because of my weight.
Now I've regular shortness of breath.
I need to lose 12 kg soon, otherwise my ankles and knees will not last long.
Help me Lord

I'm desperate to be normal again.
