Holy Mary, sweet Mother of the Eucharist,
Help me to obtain
an always deeper understanding
of this most Blessed of all Sacraments.
Gain for me the light of the Holy Spirit,
so that I may never fail to recognize
the presence of your Son
in this Mystery of Faith,
receiving it more worthily
and with ever greater joy
in the womb of my heart
