Prayer Request


Lord, I sit here with my mom feeling loved and secure as always when I am near my mom; but it's just my imagination. I suddenly awaken to reality when she asked me to take her out of the high chair and when I look in her eyes I see fear and anxiety. Then, I quietly ask the Lord to make sure she is happy and free of pain. Somehow I manage to tell her a joke or read to her and when I see her smile it makes me happy. My moms dementia has taken so much away from us but Thank God it has not stolen her joy.

Oh, my! What a heart-wrenching situation! Seeing your mum having changed so much. May she be pain-free and content, and cared for compassionately. May this son / daughter be completely enveloped in your love too, in this distress. You're in charge Lord, your help is sufficient fir all.
