Prayer Request


Dear God,
If my life were a song, I have found the lyrics:
"They say that time will dry the tears, but true love burns for a thousand years. Give my tomorrows for one yesterday, just to know that I could have you here... The sun won't shine since you went away, seems like the rain's fallin' everyday. There's just one heart where there once was two, but that's the way it's gotta be until I get over you..."
Dear God, I am heartbroken. My memories are haunting. The love of my life has ended our fairytale story, and I am consumed with grief. God, I want to run away. I want to run far from this pain that flows through every ounce of my body, but I know that there is no such place to hide. So, I humbly ask of you, God, to show me the way to be courageous... show me how to love the love of my life so much that I am able to have peace in my heart, and the courage to let him go.
