College has become stressful obmethat every time I get discourage I overeat when am not hungry and sleep when am not sleepy God this for me. Help me to grow been two goods that have not been focus on you like I should help me n all I do.

Help me to those who are need give me the courage n strength to help strangers and speak give me words to say.

Nervous
Angry
Doubtful
Fearful
