Breathe in me O Holyspirit that my thoughts may all be holy. Act in me O Holyspirit that my work too may be holy. Draw my heart O Holyspirit that i love but what is holy. Strengthen me O Holyspirit to defend all that is holy. Guard me then O Holyspirit that i always will be holy. (St. Augustine)
