PRAYER REQUEST heart beating fast in pursuing nothing is wrong and that my potassium is not wrong..prayers would be great please...i just ate Adobe malt o meal And praying it doesn't make me sick and that into passes thru my blockage...Jesus i put it in your hands i will not let the devil steal your glory!! You have brought me thru so much i know you still are with me...I'm feeling like I'm going to vomit and i can't Do that...Jesus please i need you so much Lord i can't do this alone i need you so much please!!!!

I, too, must be extremely careful about what I eat. I have an potassium deficiency and hypertension. My heart goes out of rythem and causes enermous discomfort. I am blessed that technically, I have never had a heart attack. However, everyone is different, you should visit an cardiologist. * The holy spirit enlightened me, that a large part of my problem was do to using artificial sweetners and MSG's, GMO's. If you are not aware of these common and deadly! Food additives, please search online.

Since I cut out the artificial sweetners, cheese, chinese food! Chocolate and crackers, soda. I have not had any attacks. My heart does not race! Nearly as much. I only have an episode if I begin to eat the type of items that I mentioned. I don't even chew sugar free gum anymore, I chew gum with sugar. I take magnesium supplements that regulate heart function and **Black strap molasses. I take a spoonful every day. Love, your diet is probably a huge part of the problem. Try organic foods.

I get increase pulse too. Wash your face with cold water and lay down on your bed in a dark room. My doctor also prescribed ativan and a very small dosage of beta blocker which seems to help a lot.
