Dear God please give me the
strength to sick with my diet.
I am making a life change to Lord to improve my health and self esteem. Please give me strength/ willpower to exercise, eat well and not drink. Also God thank you for the good conversations I had with Daniel this week. please continue to watch over him No matter what comes out of of our association. He is a good man Lord. Please watch over Heraldo as well. I love my brother so much. Thank you Lord. :)
