Lord i ask that u help me and my husband grow closer. Help me to be the woman u want me to be and the wife my husband wants. Help me to lose this weight its weighing in my reationship and it hurts to know that alot of this pressure is on me. I love u lord and i pray ur perfect will in my life. In jesus name amen

God Bless you and your situation.train your self to enjoy salads. Start every meal with large salad. When you go out to eat they first give you a salad. Then put some up beat gospel music on and give praise and dance to the Lord. They have bags of ready made salad then add stuff you like. It can be a meal all by itself. You can do it . I am 50 and still eat my salad first, I'm not skinny wears a 16-18 but looks 36 according to all I meet.
