Prayer Request


Lord, I long for Your Word and the truth beneath it. Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path (Psalm 119:105). Empower my understanding so that I can truly understand the deepest meaning of Your Word. I pray that You will cleanse my heart so that it is as white as snow and mold me to be teachable. Help me to set aside my time faithfully everyday for you. Remind me whenever I have wasted my time that could be better spent reading Your Word. I also pray that, Lord, You will help me to memorize the verses so that it will become part of my life.

James 1:25
But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it – he will be blessed in what he does.
