Father God,
Thank you for all you do. There's power in the name of Jesus. As I rest tonight please protect me my family and friends. Please keep guiding me making me a better person and molding me for the man that's made for me. Also keep me motivated to get this weight off. I love you

good luck with your weight I Pray for u - don't concentrate on the weight but on your overall Well-being. Your emotional health, your physical health, your mental health and your spiritual health. When you do that and practice that the weight will fall off. don't live in the past or the future. live in the NOW. Love and accept yourself Unconditionally no matter what. ...... i just rambled on there but I am so passionate about health I have just loss 70 LBS I am working on the last 25. I don't know how much you have to lose I hope this helps you and others who might be reading it.
