Father God, I desperately seek your forgiveness. Father teach me to have self-control for I am overshadowed with emotions. Father, please don't allow me to lose the ones I love as a result of my emotions. Thank You for all you've done for me, Lord. In Jesus name, Amen.

Thank You. I've been really sad, uncontrollable crying because I'm dealing with past hurts that cause me to sometimes lash out at loved ones. I only wanted one person to pray for me and God sent you. Thanks!
