God thank u for keeping me clean agian today. Thank u for keeping my boyfriend clean and also for helping him w/ his **** addiction...we made it through day 6!!!!god tghank u for giving me this life today and allowing me the "luxuries" i have today... even the small things... please help my dad to quit smoking for his health and watch over him and keep him safe... please watch ovver my mother brother and grandmother as well and keep them safe also. Amen...

Keep it up ...; ) I know and I tried for years to quit ...you gotta want to and learn to hate cigs ...I was a porn addict too and the images stay stuck in your head and its soo hard too quit listing...I felt so guilty afterward and it takes time to forget...he has to get to praying and stay strong...I'm with you guys I know how it was and is...be strong love each other...; )
