Prayer Request
I pray knowing that within me is a blueprint for perfect health and wholeness. All my muscles in my back, shoulder and arm and neck are relaxed and comfortable. Swelling is gone and I am comfortable with easy movement. Every tissue, ligament and cell is whole and healthy now. I am grateful for this health now. Amen.
