lord please help me learn to love myself I'm so disgusted of wat I see in the mirror everyone talks about me gaining weight I wish I was good enough.

Crystal, God will hear your prayer. There are many of us who struggle with weight gain, myself included. Maybe you can combine prayer with a buddy system to work on the problem. But you are worth more than your impression in a mirror. Deb

I believe it safe to say in Gods' eyes you are beautifully and wonderfully made. If you feel like you want to lose weight make sure its only for you and not because of what people say. You'd be surprise how fickle people can be.

Crystal, the best thing for our earthly bodies and spirit is communion with our mighty helper and savior.! Nothing is impossible for God. I pray you can find a sincere accountability partner, in prayer and healthy choices. He loves us too much to leave us the way we start out.
