My lord i ask that you please let me forgive ppl for the emotional harm they have caused me. I try everyday to be happy and not hold grudges but .........

I pray with you. The Lord forgave us with our sin and keeps on forgiving us until we sin no more. It is this reason that we forgive others that have caused us pain.
I know it is difficult, sister but we once we do Forgive we will receive a reward and that is peace.
