Dear lord,

I'm undergoing surgery tomorrow in order to conceive my child. I pray that it goes well and you bless our family with a baby, of whom we long for. Father look down on us and bless us in this time of need. In your name I pray.

Please bless those also going through similar complications, we are ask this through Christ our lord.
