Prayer Request

Dearest Father. I do not know what to say or what to do. I do not know what to pray. I do not know know how to ask. The nightmares, not being able To go to sleep and not being able to wake up when I do go to sleep. Not being able to eat. Not being able by myself to get all these things under control is just making it worse. Only you can help me. I pray to be able to go back to sleep when I wake up at 3:30am. I pray for peace, clear thinking, and to be able to set my house in order before it's too late. Help me learn quickly from my mistakes. And guide me through this really rough patch. Thank you for your blessings. Sunshine
