Prayer Request


God, I feel so frustrated sometimes. Church leaders have chosen me to start up this new ministry, but who am I to lead. I'm 23 years old and have so many problems. Why should people follow my direction.

Are you saved? If you aren't born again you can't lead ministry. Tell your church leaders you can't do this until you are more mature in the lord.

I am saved. It's not a matter of maturity. I have been serving/co-leading another ministry for a couple years, this is just a big step. Starting up a new ministry is a scary thing.

Actually, you could be the perfect choice. It's the Spirit who does the teaching, right? Do you think He cannot speak via your mouth nor guide via your hands? The older folks who are more confident in their own big ideas are usually the ones who surrender the least to the Spirit's promptings. Let God use you, and don't get in His way. Remember Moses? He was nervous about his appropriateness too.. yet God chose him because he was the right man for the job.
