Prayer Request


Lord, I'm trying to fill out this application for a fellowship and I'm having trouble. It asks for my career goals. I can't even answer the question because I don't even know what I want to do. They want to know why I should be chosen. Honestly, I just need a job. I can't say any of these things on my app so I need you to guide my thoughts. Help my mind produce the right answers. Please help. I'm so desperate and I'm tired of staring at my computer screen feeling helpless and discouraged. I need you. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.

How about something like you are looking for an opportunity to do good for others. You are looking for an opportunity to clarify and determine your purpose.

The truth is that you haven't yet established your goals, but what are you interested in? Say you want the opportunity to use your skills and talents and interests of (list them)

Without clear identified goals, you then need to make a strong goal. To find your purpose. If you could have ANY job, what would your dream job be? Why? If you weren't concerned about money, what would you like to do. Try to match the best of your qualities, honestly but creatively, with what they are asking for. Hope that helps!
