Prayer Request


Please bless these next five months and help me acheive this goal of getting these 50 lbs I put on off. And then get some more off. I miss being comfortable with myself and being able to get up w/o feeling the wt on me.

Praying for u. Same time I need few lb boost up. I'm only 98. My goal is to hv at least 115 lb. don't know wer should I turn on. I eat but stays same. I will pray for u

Comment 2 - have you tired adding shakes in addition to your meals. You may want to try that. (-;

Ok. I tried ensure weight gainer( sumthng abt wt gain) it didn't work I actually hate tht taste, wat kind of shakes you prefer? I will try some home made ones. Don't know which one to try. Btw thanks for the info.
