Prayer Request
Heavenly Father, Please help me to get started on my diet again and lose weight. I really need and want to lose weight for myself and my son. I need motivation, courage and strength. And please help me stay on my diet until I am finished. I need to lose at least 100lbs. I have high blood pressure and bad knees so I really need this. In Jesus Holy name I pray. Amen.
