I am praying for you! I have been through some very dark, incredibly depressing times. I have learned not to believe in all my negative thoughts, and to trust that God speaks to me with love through my heart, and that always feels better than negative mental chatter. You are on the planet for a purpose - you don't have to know what that is. Just trust that you matter, even when that's hard to believe. God has good plans for you. Sometimes we go through tough times so we can help others. And I see hardship as a strengthening force, even if in the present moment I may feel weak. Imagine God sending you rays of love and absorbing them into your heart, so you are nourished. You are in my prayers! Hang in there! It gets better!!!

Read the book of Joshua god is leading me to read it maybe u should. I just turned 50 my life is about over.. What maybe 10or 20 why would anyone wanna be past 60 anyway. Life kiks ur as all ur life then it's over. But I'm following the app (thru the Bible) or through the Bible its on the app store I listen it helps me.... Some.

i try to help other people,
That helps i try to learn all i can about GOD,
try to keep my mind set on him,its not easy but it helps
i don't have to understand,everything ,,i trust GOD for that,,I pray for you,,i hope it helps you,,remember GOD loves you,,beyond our understanding,,

3 months of 100degree plus at work. Just to get kicked in the teeth this week. I do find reading the stories in bible ok. Also( watch the Andy Griffith show) for some reason it helps for 30 minutes

i pray that ur faith is restored. its so much easier to face all ur troubles with the *belief* that God is on ur side. He never leaves your side.
