Tell him you're not comfortable with him behaving this way towards you. Talk about you hubby in conversation with him. Ie if he's talking about a restaurant you could say, oh my husband loovvvess taking me there!

What kind of a best friend hits on his best friend's wife? :( talk to your husband about this situation. Then either you or your husband should delicately confront the man who is hitting you. The 10th commandment says Thou shalt not covet his neighbor's wife. The 7th is do not commit adultery -- which starts with even the thought of it. Maybe somehow you could incorporate telling this man about the 10 commandments if you choose to confront him.
