Prayer Request

Dear Lord and Heavenly Father,
How I have forsaken you and denied you. You ask so little of me and I still don't reach out to you or give thanks or praise. I am wretched and deserve to be worthless. Yet you sti give me so much that I was not grateful for, blessings that I took for granted, love that I assumed I deserved and begat myself.

I was so, so wrong.

You were behind it all, giving and giving and like a spoiled child I took and took, not realizing your power and love and grace in your blessings. I have neglected you in all ways and I beg for forgiveness. I am a sinner. Worthless of being saved. Yet you still save me. I know you are not happy with me. And in a way you were so disappointed in me that your guidance had no effect; I deserved to be forsaken. The my mind was vulnerable to sin and had a horrific nightmare that left me panicked and knowing that I need Jesus in my life.

Oh Lord, Father-- forgive me, I beg you. I am so sorry and sinful and neglectful. I have let you down. I don't deserve you at all, yet I know that this is the beauty of Christianity and your love-- that you forgive and welcome in sinners. Please enter my life. I am ever more convinced that I need you in my life. Please end the nightmares and let me return to a life filled with your love and power. O my savior, I realize why people need you. I need you. Please don't forsake me.

Every thing I have blessed in my life is because of you. Let me make it up to you by allowing me back in to your arms. I run to you my Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen.

"I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins." Isaiah 43:25 God is not like man, for after we have acknowledged our wrong, He remembers it no longer. To be forgiving is to be Godlike. To forget the past is to be even more like God.
"Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you
