Confusion comes from Satan. He's the author of that. Gods word is a light unto our path and a lamp unto our feet. Read his word for all these things.

Verses got you to memorize and apply to your life.

Proverbs 3:5-6 for direction. Guidance and also we are to not lean on our own understanding.
