I think u r on the right track already going to God and asking for help he is your compass and he will guide you .just look up he is right there!!!

I can relate to that I am lost also and I'm trying to find the lord and its just so hard but I believe god loves us and will look out 4 us all we have to do is just be better as a person and treat others right and love and respect ourself
