You will find Joy in God's Word and by totally abandoning all of your being to Jesus. Do not repeat the words you just wrote. The evil one has a field day when he sees people feeling that way. Instead, praise and glorify God and give Him all your troubles and give the evil one heart failure. We rebuke him on your behalf.
