O'my God I am sorry for my sins with all my heart in choosing to do wrong & failing to do good I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things! With your help I will do penance and avoid those things that lead me to make wrong choices. Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. Through his name Dear Father forgive me, Amen!
