Prayer Request


You know....

On a daily basis, I find myself petrified and immobilized over worries about back taxes and school tuition. At the same time, I'm sharing with others, the promises of God ... That God is working, no matter how bad it seems.

Last Friday I had an epiphany. I remembered something you said years ago (although in a different context), instead of constantly worrying about my current situation and asking God -daily- to fix my concerns and problems as they pop up, I would go into my faith file and review all of the other times he'd fixed things... including an under house pipe that burst every winter!! Just like He managed to fix that pipe, he'd fix the other worries I had, but I had to hand them over... completely. Damn!! this is hard.

Fast forward to the relevance of this backstory... God is aware of your worries, too. But he tells us that faith and fear cannot occupy the same space. You must choose one or the other. Choose to believe. Choose to remember how He's fixed so many other problems in your life. Choose faith.
